Yummy Breakfast Wrap Recipe

And it’s healthy too!

What you’ll need:
– 2 eggs
– 1 large whole wheat tortilla
– coconut oil
– white onion
– tomato
– old cheese
– chia seeds
– salt, garlic powder & cajun spice
– spinach
– salsa

Fry up the 2 eggs in a bit of coconut oil – make sure to break the yolks. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and cajun spices (or your favorite spice). Montreal steak spice would be a good alternative. Place egg first on tortilla. Sprinkle with a few pinches of chia seeds. Top with cheese, tomato, white onion, spinach and salsa. I used mild salsa. Wrap it up and enjoy!
