This sounds about right! Haha! Or this is at least how I feel after my boot camp classes! 😉
*Side note: the O.M.G pain subsided after the first week of classes and although I still feel every workout for a day or two after (which you should, it means you pushed yourself), I can still walk…and bend over…and go down stairs without wanting to scream!! Yay for progress!! So for those of you who are pushing yourself through your workouts and you’re muscles are screaming at you for days after – remember this but more importantly, it does gets easier so don’t give up! 🙂 “If you’re tired of starting over, STOP giving up!” You are worth it!
