For The Soul

Teal Scott: If We Create Our Own Reality, How Do You Explain Suffering?

I’m baaaaaaaaaack!! Did you miss me? 🙂 I have some of my own words I will share with you later in the week but for now I felt compelled to share this video with all of you.

This has to be one of the most, if not the most, challenging topics for spiritual teachers/guides to explain and for many of us to accept, especially when there has been and continues to be such horrific experiences going on in all parts of the world. This video is coming from someone who knows what they are talking about – her childhood was “hell” as she describes. Teal’s experienced some of the worst things a person can experience. But she has come out on top and then some, so maybe the universal truth of creating your own reality will resonate more with you, coming from her.

She is wise far beyond her years and she is a perfect example of how “contrast is inevitable, suffering is not.” I admire this woman very much for her honesty, wisdom and strength.

I wish each and every one of you who is reading this now, all the happiness that your soul desires. You are in control of your reality and it all starts in your mind. Change your thoughts, change your life. Yes, it really is that simple. I’ve tried it and continue to do so every day and it works!

With Love,

  1. I think the hardest pill to swallow is that we attract to us the good and the bad. I love the quote that says, “No good deed goes unpunished.” It takes time to deprogram all the negativity that you have taught yourself all these years. But, it can be done. Its nice to see another enlightened spirit such as yourself, keep blogging my sister!

    1. You are very right. It’s very easy to take credit and responsibility for the good things that happen in our lives but when things don’t go as planned and we find ourselves in unsatisfying places, this is where the blame game comes into play for those who are still sleep-walking. But when you know better, you do better. Challenging as it may be at times to swallow that pill, I wouldn’t have it any other way. As you said, it takes time but it’s so worth deprogramming ourselves! Keep shining your light – it’s such a pleasure to connect with other like-minded people!
